The Central Quality Engineering Program Manager manages and executes diverse engineering programs and projects, each with their own unique sets of challenges. This role is focused on executing on regulations and compliance across the world, such as the Digital Markets Act, Data Act, AI Act, and others. Designing scalable solutions to deliver on such regulations with desired quality typically requires working with expert teams across software engineering, operations, legal, and others. Apple teams that are needed to solve these problems are spread throughout the company, so it's imperative to be an expert at building and growing relationships. In this role, you'll work closely with the quality team to promote best practices and continuously improve program management processes. Additionally, you'll drive XF projects across teams of highly skilled engineers and program managers, providing guidance, fostering collaboration, and driving excellence in their work.
