The Field Diagnostics Engineering team builds the hardware and software diagnostic solutions that support field repair technicians and enhance the Apple customer ownership experience. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver these critical solutions and drive innovation within AppleCare. As the Engineering Manager for Field Diagnostics Engineering, you will lead a team that has proven itself by delivering high-quality hardware and software diagnostic solutions. You will build and nurture partnerships with cross-functional teams both within and outside of AppleCare.
