The Capital Expenditure Budgeting Program Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining capital equipment budgets for both new and sustaining products. This is a high visibility position that requires frequent executive level interaction and clear, effective messaging of critical program information. This role is integral in helping to identify and drive areas of cost reduction and optimization throughout the product life cycle. It requires active collaboration across numerous domestic and in-region business segments, including Product Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance. Engagement begins as early as the product concept review stage and continues through program ramp/intro and sustaining phases.
