The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. This is a creative role that sits at the intersection of design, education, content, and experience. As an Art Director on the REMM Creative team, you'll shape how customers and teams experience Apple visually and experientially from in-store immersive experiences, Today at Apple learning programs, product launches, local cultural initiatives, and seasonal campaigns. Lead the conceptual development and design execution of experiences and content, set art direction, and design across touchpoints and channels to make every moment feel connected and beautifully crafted Use emerging technologies and AI to prototype and develop experience formats, tools, and features to elevate customer and team experiences Partner closely with cross-functional and geo teams, working across cultures
