We are seeking an experienced program/Project manager to join the AIML Data Operations group. Our team directly contributes to the development of AIML algorithms across many of Appleʼs products, specifically in regards to Siri and Apple Intelligence. In this role, you will drive critical programs that enhance our operation to provide data at scale for engineering teams building robust AI features for millions of customers worldwide. You will develop various program elements, create and manage project plans, recruit participants internally and partner with various cross functional stakeholders. The AIML Data Operations, is looking for an experienced Program/Project manager to drive cross-functional that not only enable capabilities within AIML Data Ops to enhance the customer experience, but also enhance operational efficiency through process, data, and technology solutions. You will lead cross-functional programs, define and implement policies and processes, and ensure clear communication with leadership. You will collaborate with DRIs and stakeholders to manage workflows, prioritize initiatives, and mitigate risks to drive program success. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment. Acting as the primary liaison, you will provide program updates, communicate risks, and support approvals with leadership.
