The Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead a team of highly skilled engineers responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing processes for Apple's next-generation Audio products. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive manufacturing automation innovation from concept to mass production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. You will be instrumental in bridging design and manufacturing, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in advanced manufacturing. Lead and mentor a team of Advanced Manufacturing Engineers, fostering technical excellence, cross functional collaboration, and continuous improvement with a results driven approach. Manage project timelines, cost, and resources to deliver manufacturing solutions on schedule and at or exceeding program targets. Ability to step in for any member of the team & perform Individual contributor level tasks per-business needs. Collaborate cross-functionally and drive balance between competing priorities. Drive the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and technologies for NPI from early concept to mass production. Identify, evaluate, and integrate new high-throughput manufacturing technologies to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. Conduct tolerance analysis and select critical components/technologies for equipment design to achieve product tolerances and operations requirements.
