You will provide administrative and calendar support to a director and their software engineering team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multitask while working in an innovative, change-oriented environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, team oriented and maintain a strong emphasis on organization with unwavering attention to detail. You exercise good judgment, have phenomenal communication skills as you own and execute task/projects. Multi-task, prioritize, and implement a wide range of projects in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, accuracy and timelines. Support dynamic and evolving set of tasks for both the Director and the related leaders on the team as needed. Coordinate meetings and calendars for the director of the department and provide back up support for other leaders. Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events and organizational wide meetings (all hands), and building moves. Point of contact for the Facilities team to troubleshoot issues in the building and escort non-team members as needed. Coordinate domestic and international shipments (with product security), order/stock office supplies and accessories for the team, initiate POs, and onboard new hires. Minimum
