About the role As an Events Lead, Brand at Anthropic, you will own the strategy and execution of brand-focused events that create meaningful experiences and build Anthropic's share of mind in the AI landscape. You'll sit within the Marketing Events team and be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and measuring events that authentically communicate who Anthropic is and what we stand for-from intimate thought leadership gatherings to large-scale brand activations at industry tentpole moments. Each experience the team creates prioritizes tangible problem-solving through live demonstrations and technical deep-dives, meaningful dialogue that advances both the technology and its responsible implementation, and direct business impact through growing brand awareness and customer affinity. You'll work cross-functionally with brand creative, communications, policy, and product teams to ensure every event reinforces Anthropic's unique position as a company building safe, reliable AI. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling and experiential production-someone who can translate a brand's values into physical and digital moments that resonate with diverse audiences, from developers to enterprise executives to policymakers.
