About the role We're looking for a Manager, Commercial Counsel, GTM to help lead our legal team at the forefront of shaping how cutting-edge AI technology reaches users, researchers, and enterprises worldwide. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who operate as true strategic partners-moving fast, thinking creatively, and working collaboratively to support deals that matter. In this role, you'll support our enterprise technology and startups Go-to-Market teams, handling enterprise agreements and customer negotiations, as well as team growth and scaling initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney to help lead and grow the commercial legal team while contributing directly to responsible AI development. Responsibilities - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on GTM/Sales agreements with enterprise technology customers and startups. - Partner closely with Sales and Go-to-Market leadership and teams to support deal velocity and provide practical legal guidance - Help build and maintain our commercial legal infrastructure, including contract templates, playbooks, and process improvements - Manage a team to support enterprise technology and startups segments - Identify and escalate legal risks appropriately while supporting business momentum - Stay current on legal developments affecting
