About the role We are seeking an experienced Global Senior Equity Program Manager to manage Anthropic's equity compensation strategy and operations across all global markets. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and manage comprehensive equity programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while supporting our mission to develop safe and beneficial AI systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including People, Legal, Finance, and Tax to ensure our equity programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our values as a public benefit corporation. As Anthropic continues to scale globally, you will play a critical role in building equity frameworks that support our international expansion while maintaining consistency with our compensation philosophy. This role offers the opportunity to shape equity compensation practices at one of the most important AI safety companies during a period of significant growth. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily equity plan operations including grant processing, option exercises, cancellation and cap table management. - Build and optimize processes for equity transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance - Manage monthly equity reconciliations and reporting - Lead demographic and payroll system integrations to streamline equity
