Job Description: The Logistics & E-commerce Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods across France, the UK, and the EU. This role is responsible for managing all logistics operations, customs compliance, and e-commerce fulfilment activities with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to operational excellence, supporting our stores and online channels while upholding the highest standards of compliance, service, and sustainability. Main Responsibilities Organise and monitor all import/export shipments across the UK and France/EU. Ensure secure, timely, and cost-effective deliveries of finished jewellery, diamonds, e-commerce orders, and packaging/VM. Instruct carriers on appropriate customs regimes and maintain expert knowledge of Incoterms. Support France stores with shipments to the UK Head Office. Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records and trackers. Review and process logistics invoices in SAP. Oversee the hallmarking process in coordination with stores and carriers. Manage customs declarations with carriers, ensuring accuracy
