WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, inventory management, staffing, and vendor relationships. - Coordinate high-profile client visits, demonstrations, and ad-hoc initiatives. - Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment maintenance. - Lead, mentor, and develop your team to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture. - Build strong cross-functional relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels. - Translate ambiguous problems into structured frameworks and actionable strategies. - Engage and coordinate with multiple departments (IT, Finance, Engineering, Facilities, Growth, Deployments, etc.) to drive projects to completion. - Gather and define requirements and translate them into project specifications for new builds and retrofits of currently facilities. - Develop accurate cost estimates at all project stages and manage budget - from greenfield projects to day to day capital improvements. - Collaborate with
