The AD&S team is looking for a Growth Operations Analyst to deeply embed with our Business Development team to run team operations, optimize sales pipeline health, and sit at the intersection of Growth, Engineering, Proposals, Government Relations among others to drive alignment and execution. Here's what you'll do: - Support the Business Development team by analyzing top-line data to identify business trends, surface insights, and enable informed, data-backed decision making to hit growth targets - Own Salesforce hygiene and top-of-funnel process discipline so our CRM is a reliable source
