ABOUT THE JOB This is a high-intensity, high-access position sitting directly next to the CEO and working closely with the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff. You will help run the executive office by owning the calendar, supporting leadership briefs, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external meeting-related communications, helping track execution across teams, and coordinating key external engagements and VIP visits. You will help ensure the CEO's time, attention, and follow-through are directed toward the highest-leverage issues in the business. The position sits at the intersection of scheduling, logistics, execution, and leadership support. It requires strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to operate calmly in a fast-moving environment.
