PEX is revolutionizing the user experience for Amazonians across the globe. As a UX Designer on the employee-facing design systems team, you will contribute to design initiatives, including Figma component, pattern, and style libraries. You will work with designers and engineers across multiple organizations to help create and implement components and standards. You will bring a scalable design approach to your work, and consider how to best deliver components, patterns, and templates that scale across products and platforms. You'll be focused on the design details while also understanding the technical requirements to bridge the gap between product and engineering. You'll also explore how AI-powered design tools and intelligent systems can enhance design system workflows and component creation. To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborate closely with engineering, and contribute to operational excellence. You must be able to succeed in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
