Key job responsibilities Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network for Self-Delivery. As a Transportation Analyst, you will have to: Monitor delivery performance metrics, analyze trends and operational gaps, and generate reports with actionable insights for leadership Identify sellers and partners requiring support, conduct root cause analysis on delivery issues, and recommend process improvements Track program growth against targets, benchmark performance against competitors, and support capacity planning initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics partners, and technology groups to drive improvements Maintain dashboards and reporting systems, document standard procedures, and ensure data quality across all tracking systems A day in the life Review performance dashboards, extract and analyze delivery data using SQL and Excel, and prepare daily/weekly reports Attend operational meetings with internal teams and external partners to discuss performance and coordinate resolutions Respond to ad-hoc data requests, investigate performance issues, and communicate
