Technical Program Manager, Unified Communications Vancouver, British Columbia, CAN As a Technical Program Manager on the Unified Communications team, you will spearhead productivity solutions that empower over 800K Amazon knowledge workers worldwide. Your strategic initiatives will streamline critical business processes by reducing operational overhead, documentation time, and research workflows, enabling Amazonians to focus on high-impact work. You will architect comprehensive adoption programs, establish key business and technical metrics, and orchestrate the implementation of unified communications tools across Amazon's global organization. This role directly influences Amazon's operational efficiency and collaboration capabilities at scale.
