About this role

System Administrator, Media Systems Engineering Culver City, California, USA Prime Video is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive System Administrator to support the Quality Control (QC) program for the Media Systems Engineering, Studios Technology team in Culver City, CA. In this role, you will partner directly with Studios Production and Post-Production executives to coordinate, run, and facilitate Audio and Video review sessions, ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across all Amazon Studios content before it is released on Prime Video. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data management and content lifecycle within the QC ecosystem, including session setup, real-time note-taking during reviews, executive follow-ups, documentation, reporting, and partner onboarding. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of technology, content operations, and creative stakeholders, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Key job responsibilities Run and facilitate Audio and Video QC review sessions end-to-end, serving as the primary operator and point of contact during each session. Take detailed notes during review sessions, capturing executive feedback, technical observations, and action items in real time. Partner with Studios Production and Post-Production executives to schedule and set up QC review sessions, ensuring all content assets and screening environments are prepared. Manage the data lifecycle of content within the QC program, including ingestion, tracking, archival, and metadata accuracy. Configure and maintain session environments, ensuring all technical systems and tools are operational and calibrated for reviews.
