About this role
Studio Producer, Event Productions Sydney, New South Wales, AUS Amazon's specialist Event Productions (EP) team is looking for a Studio Producer to join our team in Sydney and take ownership of end-to-end studio production projects. From superior audio visual solutions and multimedia content production to livestreaming and audience engagement tools, EP offers complete production solutions across an international studio network. As Studio Producer you will manage the day-to-day project workflow in the studio and on the field, collaborate on video production creative services, and provide skilled digital media storytelling. You will work on defined events and programs as well as undefined projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, translating their vision into compelling brand stories that inspire and engage. You will influence resources and services for the customer, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and mentor others. Key job responsibilities - Own project management of studio and field productions from pre-production through delivery, defining stakeholder requirements. - Collaborate with a wide range of teams and customers to develop and execute video production creative services. - Serve as the primary contact for daily customer communication needs and support, conducting the project roadmap and setting clear expectations. - Lead pre-production planning meetings, guide customers through the production process. - Lead day-of shoot operations including calling audio, video, and lighting cues, managing studio talent. - Improve processes and project management, optimizing cross-team workflows to ensure delivery.
