Sr. Visual Designer, Creative Services, Creative Services Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Amazon Advertising Services is looking for a talented and passionate Sr. Visual Designer to join the Creative Services team based in Bangalore, India. At Amazon we always put the customer first, you need to have demonstrated success in translating business goals to an inspiring creative direction. You will start with the customer in your rationale, understanding that what you do is critical to creating a successful, consistent shopping experience. Your primary focus will be to design complex visually compelling and effective advertising creatives for internal and external stakeholders. Sr. Visual Designer is responsible of the design process of medium, high-visibility, and complex design executions including (reference provided, and high-complexity creative conceptualization). They have strong knowledge in the digital design domain, and have a strong understanding of how design principles work together (typography, composition, scale, color theory, etc.). They are subject matter experts in a business area of focus. They manage their own design queue, are able to deal with ambiguity, and are learning to be strategic by proposing alternative solutions when the traditional approach does not solve the needs of the business. They own medium-complexity projects and work with limited-guidance. They are starting to mentor and they share their knowledge with the team.
