About this role

Amazon Cross Border (XB) programs allow customers to easily discover a wide selection of international products available from Amazon's websites around the world, offering simplified customs, faster delivery, local language and payment support, and a world-class customer service. Cross Border programs have presence in multiple countries and is at the forefront of Amazon's global expansion strategy. We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to join Amazon's XB Shopping team, focusing on creating seamless international shopping experiences across Global Store, Core Exports, and other international expansion initiatives. In this role, you'll help millions of customers worldwide discover and purchase products from Amazon's global marketplace. Key job responsibilities * Lead the design of intuitive shopping experiences that bridge cultural, linguistic, and geographic boundaries * Create user-centered design solutions for complex international commerce challenges * Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance the cross-border shopping experience * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to deliver innovative solutions * Conduct user research and usability testing across different markets to inform design decisions * Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design system for international shopping experiences Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience - Have an available online portfolio - Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps - Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and
