Sr. Technical Program Manager, Network Monitoring and Remediation Dublin, IRL Amazon Web Services is hiring a technical program manager to lead Amazon's primary network monitoring products. This team owns AWS Flagship active monitoring tools which provides active probing, processing, and triangulation infrastructure across AWS's global network, delivering near real-time performance metrics and availability insights to network operators and automated remediation systems. You'll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards deliverables for the different monitoring solutions. And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion. Key job responsibilities • You'll drive both hardware and software programs to meet the ever-growing customer demand. • You'll manage competing cross-organizational projects/programs on a global scale. • You'll interact cross-team Deployment Managers, cross-team Technical Program Managers, Engineers, and Data Center Technicians and senior management. • You'll participate in Network Design engineering reviews. • You will run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles. • You'll work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems, while keeping a watchful-eye on timelines and costs. • You'll ensure consistency in deployed configurations and track
