Sr.Technical Program Manager, Identity Seattle, Washington, USA Identity Services owns the systems that enable authenticating and identifying every Amazon customer in the world. As a Sr Technical Manager of the Identity team, you will take the Authentication charter to next level. This role is cross-functional and requires a strong ability to think big and influence teams across Amazon. You should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and display high levels of bias for action and ownership. You will be required to understand the different use cases, work with engineering teams to find and fine tune the solutions, work with senior management to evangelize and drive adoption and share reports with executives. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.
