Amazon Prime Air (PA) is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager to oversee the development of software functionality within our ultra-fast drone delivery operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring high standards for certifying airborne systems, working closely with software and hardware engineering staff powering a flywheel of continuous improvement in drone design and system integration. You will oversee software development, integration of software and hardware, verification and validation, configuration management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance to Design Assurance Levels and software development standards. Strong cross-functional engineering fundamentals skills are essential, as well as strong technical communication and documentation skills.
