Sr Technical Program Manager, Data Center Certifications Seattle, Washington, USA The Senior Technical Program Manager leads complex, organization-wide change initiatives and provides strategic direction for the change management lifecycle. This role architects new approaches for change management, drives organizational transformation, and influences enterprise-level outcomes while serving as an escalation point for complex issues. Operations Change Management (OCM) is a critical function within GDCO that enables safe, efficient, and value-driven changes for operations, engineering, and other support teams. The TPM is expected to connect tactical execution to strategic outcomes, shaping how Amazon manages and learns from its tooling changes.
