About this role
Sr. Technical Program Manager , Central Operations Seattle, Washington, USA We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead and scale our workforce planning programs. You'll partner with engineering, finance, HR, and business leaders to build data-driven frameworks that ensure we have the right people, skills, and capacity to meet current and future business needs. Key job responsibilities Own the end-to-end workforce planning process, including headcount forecasting, capacity modeling, and resource allocation across engineering and operations teams Build and maintain workforce planning models that translate business goals into staffing requirements, timelines, and hiring plans Partner with finance and HR to align workforce plans with budget cycles, organizational design, and talent acquisition strategies Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide leadership with visibility into workforce supply/demand gaps, attrition trends, and hiring pipeline health Drive scenario planning exercises to assess the impact of business changes (new launches, re-orgs, market shifts) on workforce needs Identify and mitigate risks related to talent shortages, skill gaps, and over/under-staffing Establish standardized processes and tools for workforce planning across multiple teams or business units Facilitate cross-functional alignment between recruiting, compensation, L&D, and engineering leadership Track and report on key workforce metrics: time-to-fill, attrition rate, contractor-to-FTE ratios, ramp time, and utilization Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and
