Sr. Technical Program Manager, Amazon Rufus Seattle, Washington, USA Amazon Conversational Search is the exciting new LLM-based feature in the Amazon App / Desktop to allow customers to engage with Amazon in natural language conversations. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space. Key job responsibilities Key responsibilities for the role will include: * Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Amazon Rufus. * Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs. * Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives. * Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness.
