About this role
Sr Technical Program Manager, Amazon MGM Studios Tech Culver City, California, USA We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex, cross-functional programs across the Sales & Licensing technology portfolio. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, business, legal, and finance stakeholders to deliver programs that accelerate deal velocity, improve content distribution efficiency, and scale our monetization capabilities. You will own end-to-end program delivery for initiatives spanning platform integrations, agentic AI automation, API modernization, and multi-team migration programs - operating with a high degree of autonomy and leading through ambiguity at scale. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end technical program delivery for one or more workstreams within the Sales & Licensing technology portfolio, from requirements definition through production launch and post-launch measurement. • Define and maintain program plans, milestones, risk registries, and escalation paths; drive weekly program reviews and executive status reporting (WBR, QBR, MBR). • Partner with SDMs and engineering leads to identify dependencies, surface blockers, and coordinate across 5+ concurrent workstreams spanning multiple time zones. • Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders - including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Distribution Operations - on requirements, trade-offs, and delivery commitments. • Build and maintain the operational rhythm for program execution: sprint planning cadences, decision logs, RACI matrices, and DRI accountability mechanisms. • Identify systemic process gaps and design scalable mechanisms to address them, including tooling improvements, runbooks, and automation of manual reporting workflows. • Contribute to OP1/OP2 planning cycles by
