What will you do? We're hiring a Senior Solution Architect to drive enterprise customer launches, working hands-on with high-volume shippers (>10K packages) to design, implement, and optimize complex integrations with Amazon Shipping. You'll be the technical expert who enables both pre-sales opportunities and post-sales implementation, partnering closely with commercial teams to win enterprise deals and then ensuring flawless technical execution. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with exceptional customer advisory skills. You'll dive deep into customer systems-analyzing WMS/TMS platforms, investigating logs, leveraging AI tools for troubleshooting, and architecting solutions that work right the first time. Your focus is on speed with correctness: reducing post-launch errors, accelerating time-to-first-shipment, and building reusable integration patterns that scale across our enterprise customer base.
