Key job responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to be embedded within the eero organization, providing security expertise and strategic guidance across our entire solutions ecosystem. In this role, you will partner closely with software development teams to ensure we maintain the highest security standards while delivering innovative services that protect millions of homes and businesses. You'll be integrated directly within eero's innovative culture, ensuring security is thoughtfully woven into every decision from initial design through deployment and beyond. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You'll need to clearly articulate complex security risks to both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively harmonize diverse perspectives, and skillfully prioritize risks to guide teams toward secure solutions through influence and collaboration.
