Sr. Sales Operations Manager , Sales Product Engineering & Operations Seattle, Washington, USA We seek an analytical thinker who has experience developing, executing, and refining growth strategies to lead a newly created ad sales strategy and planning function. Advertisers leverage Amazon's data-driven insights, engaging creative formats, and diverse placements to reach the right audiences to grow their brand. Our ad sales team informs, educates, and supports advertisers across six continents. Success in this role requires defining ambitious goals regarding how our sales team can better serve advertisers drawing on best practices across Amazon and the digital advertising industry, developing internal relationships to align product, finance, recruiting, and account management teams on inputs needed to hit these goals, and inspecting and removing blockers as teams execute on these goals. A qualified candidate thrives in articulating complex concepts to cross functional audiences using internal metrics, voice of the customer, and industry trends to support recommendations.
