About this role
Sr Risk Manager, Surveillance , SPS Internal Risk Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead execution and remediation for our global surveillance testing program. In this role, you will establish and scale surveillance frameworks, drive strategic process improvements, coordinate with testing laboratories, and own the remediation process from test result receipt through resolution. You will be responsible for translating technical requirements into operational reality while ensuring rapid response to safety risks and quality issues across multiple product categories and regions. Key job responsibilities • Establish and scale end-to-end execution framework documentation, standardize processes across regions, and create operational playbooks for global deployment • Lead coordination with third-party testing laboratories and provide strategic guidance to planning team on testing methodologies and laboratory capabilities • Own remediation from test result receipt through resolution, including rapid response to failed tests, corrective action implementation, and systemic issue resolution • Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams on operational execution and framework implementation across multiple workstreams • Establish metrics reporting frameworks, track remediation outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data and trend analysis About the team This role is critical to establishing and scaling our surveillance strategy, coordinating with testing laboratories, and ensuring rapid, effective response to safety risks that protect customers globally. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (any domain), Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
