About this role
Sr. Risk Manager, Relay Product and Tech Bellevue, Washington, USA Relay Product Excellence's mission is to monitor Transaction Integrity for products supporting Identity Verification, Account Support, and Compliance across Carrier and Driver processes. As the leader of our Safety and Trust Investigations arm, you will have an opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of risk management, regulatory compliance, and automation-supplementing product teams where automation is yet to be launched or cannot be developed. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert and individual contributor responsible for leading complex, end-to-end Safety & Trust investigations, synthesizing findings into executive-ready summaries, and partnering with product, operations, and legal teams to drive meaningful risk mitigation. You will operate with significant autonomy in a highly ambiguous environment, helping shape the future of trust and safety in Amazon's middle-mile network.
