About this role

Sr. Program Manager, Translation Services Operations Hyderabad, Telangana, IND As the Sr. Program Manager for Operational Efficiency/AI Strategy for Translation Services Operations, you will lead the identification, development, implementation, and maintenance of AI solutions that optimize translation operations and drive business performance improvements across Translation Services. You will focus on leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency, team productivity, and quality execution across our key performance indicators. A critical aspect of this role will be evangelizing AI solutions across the organization and revolutionizing how translation operations teams consume and act on performance data through the development of AI-enhanced solutions, governance mechanisms, and decision support tools. We are looking for an experienced program manager with AI/ML skills to join our organization to support our daily operations and longer-term strategic planning. This will focus on several aspects: partnering with operational leaders to build a cohesive AI strategy, including developing governance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment, which the organization would apply whilst creating AI-driven solutions; identifying opportunities for continuous improvements, and finding new ways to leverage AI to enhance operations, optimize workflows, and alleviate pain points; own change management - getting buy-in, training teams, and driving adoption of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have an analytical, and collaborative mindset to deliver results that enhance the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of our localization services.
