About this role

Sr. Program Manager, Same Day, SSD Operations Integration Bellevue, Washington, USA Sub Same Day (SSD) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager with a delivery record and proven program management experience to own a significantly complex and cross-organization building design initiative for our faster than Same Day fulfillment centers. Robust understanding of fulfillment operations, including under-the-roof and on-the-road processes, engineering product solutions and development of long term roadmaps will be conducive in delivering innovations . This role will play a critical role in designing the future building design solutions for the Sub-Same Day business. It requires a high-level of ownership over the strategic design and implementation, the ability to think outside of the box, willingness to disrupt the current processes to create a new process, the ability to understand one-way vs two-way doors, make trade-off decisions and influence stakeholders. This role will scope highly complex building design and automation solutions, identify risks/opportunities in strategies, effectively force multiple and communicate to senior management to accelerating business progress.
