About this role
Sr. Program Manager, Bee San Francisco, California, USA We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team and work closely with the Head of Product to drive cross-functional product launches for Bee, our innovative personal ambient device. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our product development process, orchestrating collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other key teams to ensure successful product launches from concept to market. As Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end launch process, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining a relentless focus on execution excellence. You'll thrive in ambiguity, solve complex coordination challenges, and ensure that our ambitious product vision translates into flawless market delivery. Key job responsibilities - Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sales teams - Own program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for multiple concurrent product initiatives - Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and escalate critical issues proactively - Establish and maintain program management processes, tools, and best practices - Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across all stakeholders - Track and report on program health, metrics, and key performance indicators - This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with tactical execution, has a passion for consumer hardware/IoT products, and excels at bringing order to complexity.
