Shopping Actions - add to cart, checkout, purchase - is the economic engine that makes it all work. This is not a “nice to have” feature team. This is core to economics. If customers can't buy, nothing else matters. If you want to own the single most critical conversion surface in conversational commerce, keep reading. Alexa Shopping is redefining how hundreds of millions of customers purchase products through conversational and multimodal experiences. The Shopping Actions team owns the core transactional layer - enabling customers to add to cart, checkout, and complete purchases seamlessly across Alexa-enabled surfaces (voice, screen, app, web). We are looking for a tenured, technically strong PMT who is an AI-native builder. You will own the end-to-end Shopping Actions experience, driving product vision and execution while partnering across multiple engineering and science organizations. You'll leverage AI/ML tooling in your own workflows to move faster, analyze deeper, and ship products that delight customers leveraging conversational shopping AI.
