Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Payment Products (MAPLE) Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Amazon Payments builds the foundational systems, experiences, and payment products for Amazon customers that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way. We are looking for a CX-focused Product Manager, Tech (PMT) to help shape the future of payment product recommendations in the global Amazon Stores experience. In this role, you will drive innovation and customer-centric solutions that impact millions of customers worldwide, working at the intersection of AI+ML tech, customer experience, and business strategy. This is an India-based (BLR), individual contributor role who builds in partnership with Tech, ML Science, and Design to deliver for Amazon customers, payments businesses, and the global Amazon stores experience owners. To succeed in this role, you need to be a growth and results-focused builder with relentlessly high standards for CX. You need to enjoy working backwards from the customer, assembling technologies creatively to achieve your CX vision and drive measurable long-term business value through strategic experimentation roadmaps. Trust and empathy is integral to your work and guides how you deliver complex solutions cross-functionally, manage your global stakeholder relationships, and scale how you communicate and influence them.
