Sr. Product Manager, Amazon Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BRA Amazon.com.br is looking for a Product Manager to play an important role within Brazil Retail team. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and have an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. At Amazon, a PM can expect to lead planning and execution of product roadmap to expand Amazon's product capabilities and work on some of the most complex challenges in large-scale. Key job responsibilities - Scope and execute the strategy for product expansion in Brazil. - Lead planning and execution of product roadmap to expand Amazon's product capabilities in Brazil. - Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, Legal and Public Policy teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements. - Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch for new product capabilities. - Create Working Backwards documents detailing requirements and user stories for engineering. - Manage tradeoffs between short-term wins and long-term strategic bets. - Develop the long-term strategy for product expansions in Brazil A day in the life About the team Basic Qualifications: - Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience with end to end product delivery Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the
