Key job responsibilities We are looking for a technically strong engineer who excels at hands-on problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving manufacturing and test excellence at scale. In this role, you will: • Serve as the primary engineering liaison between production, test, and design teams, triaging and resolving hardware testing and manufacturing issues in real time. • Optimize manufacturing test flows for avionics systems, improving measurement quality, test efficiency, throughput, and robustness. • Review and approve manufacturing processes and work instructions for assembly and test of avionics hardware. • Lead disposition and corrective action for non-conformances during production test. • Lead MRB activities for PCBA and subsystem-level hardware and work directly with development engineers to drive RCCA. • Create and deliver training, troubleshooting guides, and improved work instructions to reduce recurring support burdens on your team. • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair test setups for avionics systems in production. • Partner with
