You'll operate at the intersection of regulatory strategy, product development, and process innovation, with direct exposure to L10 leadership and the autonomy to shape how Amazon navigates complex EU regulations. After 12 months, you'll walk away with deep cross-functional experience, gained tech knowledge, and a track record of delivering at scale across 10+ EU marketplaces. ________________________________________ Scope 1: EU Deposit Return Schemes (DRS) - Sr Product Manager What you'll do: • Be a key member of the Product and Tech team to launch Deposit Return Scheme for Beverages across Europe • Own central workstreams including Takeback schemes and Cross-Border Management • Translate complex requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), scope solutions, and deliver through Tech teams • Drive process optimization and explore AI/automation opportunities to improve compliance workflows and vendor-facing tools Why it's exciting: This is a hands-on product development role - you'll work directly with 10+ different tech teams to build compliance solutions from the ground up.
