We are seeking a Senior Systems Development Manager to lead the strategy, development, and operational excellence of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Fleet Management, and ServiceNow platforms. This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers and administrators who build, integrate, and maintain mission-critical enterprise systems that support product design, engineering workflows, and IT service management across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and a track record of delivering scalable, reliable enterprise solutions at scale. Key job responsibilities PLM Platform Ownership - Lead the architecture, development, and support of PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent), ensuring seamless integration with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain workflows CAD Infrastructure Management - Oversee the deployment, licensing, performance, and integration of CAD tools (e.g., Mentor, NX) across the enterprise, including high-performance computing environments
