As a Sr. Planning Manager in the ACES team, this position involves taking ownership to lead the standardization and simplification of planning cycles, inputs, outputs, and mechanisms across the Network. Working with our partners in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, you will own the standardization of Amazon BR Ops planning. This role is for candidates with a background and experience in Financial Planning, Volume Planning, and or Supply Chain Planning. Key job responsibilities - Manage planning of major cycles (OPx, QxG) as well as HVE (High Volume Events) in Brazil Operations, including managing deliverables, stakeholders, communication, and more; - Monitor KPIs related to success metrics, focusing on continuous improvement in all aspects of the process; - Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues or demand fluctuations; - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, and documents; - Write complex documents to present to leadership; - Own and manage change on a granular level; - Maintain clear communication with leadership at all times.
