An Operations Engineer's goal is to provide transparent and collaborative support to our internal customers, helping them overcome barriers, and achieve their goals. Operations Engineers value their direct relationship with stakeholders and customers and ensure that all requests are evaluated and prioritized based on data-driven analysis aligned with strategic business directives. We also provide transparency in the decision-making process and encourage input and approval from cross-functional teams across NASC Engineering. We keep our customers updated on the status of their requests, provide clear directions on the next steps, and explain why requests are approved or declined.
