The Creator Services team includes Creator Partnerships, creator content studio Wondery, and physical production facilities Studio126. We connect creators and Amazon's diverse businesses, helping bring big ideas to life across Wondery, Amazon Music, Twitch, Audible, Amazon Games, and beyond. Join us in making Amazon the home for creators. Creator Services is seeking a leader to help develop and grow Creator Services. The role's responsibilities require managing day-to-day team operations, alongside new program, product, and content experimentation. We are looking for someone to shape ambiguous problems into solutions, build new mechanisms and processes, and lead cross-functional work across Creator Services and broader Amazon Entertainment teams. This high-visibility role reports to the Head of Strategy & Operations and must be located in New York City. Key job responsibilities - Support Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships leadership operations. Own key documents, meetings, goal planning/tracking, resource planning, and communications. - Drive Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships strategic projects. Tackle ambiguous problems with analysis, strong business judgment, financial acumen, and bias for action. Focus areas include the creator economy, video monetization, AI capabilities, and content distribution. - Identify and evaluate new Creator Services and Creator Ad Partnerships opportunities. These can include new trends, partnerships, investments, and/or acquisitions. Work with cross-functional teams including executive leadership, Corporate & Business Development, Finance, Content, Product, and Engineering to assess these opportunities. -
