Sr. Mgr, PM: Flex Sentiment, On-Road Transporter Experience Bellevue, Washington, USA The On-Road Transporter Experience and Flex Tech team provides on-road delivery and pickup personnel with best-in-class technical and business solutions, enabling them to perform at the highest level. The On-Road Transporter Experience (OTX) and Flex Tech team owns, defines, and operationalizes products and programs to support a global fleet. We own a complementary set of delivery modalities, including smart phone applications, in-vehicle console displays, and supplementary support devices. We index on customer obsession and technical excellence and take pride in our metric and sentiment-driven approach. We are seeking a seasoned product leader to own the sentiment and experience portfolio. In this role, you will lead strong technical, program, and business personnel to drive the long-term vision through development of vision documents, definition of business requirements, launch and post-launch measurement, and novel instrumentation. You will also serve as an integral partner to teams across the company, working to align interests and implement scalable solutions.
