As a Senior Robotics Mechatronics Engineer at Amazon Robotics, you will be the technical leader that owns the design, development, architecture and delivery of our next generation robotic systems. Own the full design lifecycle from concept through scaled deployment, guiding a partnership focused cross functional team of world class engineers to deliver state of the art robotic systems. As a Robotics Engineering technical leader, you will design, develop and test intelligent systems that integrate mechanical, electrical and software engineering into complete robotic platforms. You will create detailed design specifications and models, conduct simulation, testing and validation, and drive end to end system delivery. The ideal candidate has experience designing and examining robots, actuation hardware, camera, compute and machine vision modules, enjoys analytical problem solving, possesses practical knowledge of high volume manufacturing methods and is a role model for engineering best practices.
