Sr. Marketing Manager, Theatrical, Theatrical Marketing Culver City, California, USA Amazon MGM Studios is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to develop innovative marketing campaigns for our theatrical releases within the US market. This role combines strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership and an innovative approach to develop best in class and culturally resonant campaigns that maximize audience engagement and box office performance. Key job responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning • Support developing title level positioning and campaign strategy for multiple high-profile theatrical releases a year. • Partner with internal cross-functional groups to develop the full go-to-market campaign across all channels to drive best-in-class, exciting and unique marketing campaigns to drive box office success. • Drive innovation and focus in audience engagement, campaign approaches and break-through ideas. Champion creative excellence and innovative problem-solving across the organization. • Work closely with all internal teams to support collaboration and clarity across fast moving initiatives. Drive organizational alignment on campaign priorities and resource allocation • Develop and facilitate impressive campaign presentations for both internal and external stakeholders Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Preferred Qualifications: - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint - Strategic Vision: Ability to see big
