Sr. Marketing Manager, Brand Owner Growth, Global Performance Marketing New York, New York, USA Amazon Ads helps businesses of all sizes grow through a portfolio of advertising solutions that span the customer journey, from driving product visibility and sales to building long-term brand equity. As advertisers increasingly seek to differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace, a strategically important part of our charter is enabling SMB advertisers to adopt brand-building capabilities that accelerate business growth and improve customer engagement. Our team is focused on making it easier for advertisers to discover, understand, and successfully leverage solutions such as Sponsored Brands, full-funnel advertising strategies, measurement tools, and emerging AI-powered capabilities. Within Amazon Ads' Global Performance Marketing organization, we are seeking an experienced marketing leader to own Brand Owner Growth for SMB advertisers worldwide. This role is responsible for defining and executing end-to-end growth strategies, lifecycle marketing programs, and multi-channel Go-To-Market initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and long-term utilization of Amazon Ads' brand-building solutions. The candidate will leverage customer insights, segmentation analysis, experimentation, and performance data to identify growth opportunities, influence product and marketing roadmaps, and develop scalable customer experiences that help advertisers mature from foundational advertising products to more advanced full-funnel marketing strategies. Key job responsibilities • Serve as the single-threaded owner for Brand Owner Growth within SMB Global Performance Marketing, defining and executing strategies that drive adoption of Sponsored Brands, full-funnel advertising solutions, and other brand-building capabilities. • Leverage Voice of Customer (VOC) research, advertiser feedback, segmentation, and performance data
