Prime Video is seeking a Sr Manager, UX Research to lead a team of researchers delivering impactful, end-to-end research that illuminates new insights and opportunities to delight our customers. We need a highly motivated, strategic leader who can lead and mentor a world-class research team while driving user-centered design and decision-making across the organization. As a Sr Manager, UX Research you will be a key strategic partner to product and design leadership, shaping our product strategy through data-driven insights and building research capabilities that scale across major product teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive research strategy for your team, guiding them to perform research that creates insightful findings. You will lead your team in daily interactions with product managers, designers, engineers, applied scientists, data scientists, marketing, and research peers to understand and guide research needs across the organization, ensuring research drives meaningful impact as measured by both incremental changes to product design and development roadmaps; as well as influencing product and design visioning investments.
